Baked Potatoes
Grated cheese (Cheddar or mozarella)
Salted Butter
Optional Fillings:
- Tuna Mayo and Corn

Preparation:
- Clean the potatoes, dry it and rub the skin lightly with cooking oil to make it crispy. You can wrap the potatoes with aluminium foil, this is optional.
- Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree C for 1 hour. Otherwise, you can use microwave oven for a short cut, cook for 20 minutes.
- While waiting, prepare the fillings as you like.
- As the potatoes are ready, slice lightly the potato into 4 (like a cross), and rub the salted butter, maybe a spoonful or less, depend on your taste.
- Fill the potatoes with the fillings and top it with a lot of cheese. Ready to eat!
