Orange Cake

Ingredients:
250g     sugar,
250g     butter,
250g     self raising flour,
1 whole orange (grate the skin, squeeze out the juice)
5 eggs

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven at 175 C
2. Beat butter with sugar until the batter smooth and silky.
3. Put in the eggs one by one and stir lightly.
4. Put in the flour, continue beating. Mix the orange peel, the juice and vanilla essence with the batter.
5. Make sure the batter texture is smooth but not too light. In case the texture is too hard, add in fresh milk, until it smoothen.
6. Grease the cake pans and bake for 45 minutes until the surface become brownish.
7. Decorate with marmalade jam or with whipped cream on top, or with icing sugar.
